Our story
A seed planted in 2012, grown across a continent.
In 2012, award winning entrepreneur and PR practitioner Mary Njoki founded Glass House PR at the age of 23. She planted the seed of a new kind of company, one that would redefine public relations in Africa. Since then, transparency, clear communication and professionalism have remained the core of the firm's culture.
We have worked with renowned brands in virtually every category, from tech companies and real estate to consumer products and travel: SMEs in Africa, banks across the continent, African artists, international companies like Facebook and Viber, and governments including Ethiopia and Zanzibar.
How we work
Three pillars behind every engagement.
Transparency
- With clear purpose, brands know their core functions.
- With clear vision, brands connect to the right people.
- With trust, a brand earns a good reputation.
- With credibility, a brand holds quality conversations with its audiences.
Clear Communication
- With understanding comes precise hearing.
- With accurate interpretation, the message lands as intended.
- With illumination comes proper positioning of messages.
- With persuasion come favorable results.
Constant Communication
- Repetitive, so the message is remembered.
- Persuasive, so the message moves people.
- Relevant, so the message matters.
- Consistent, so the message holds together.
